Aligning Human-Centered Design With SAFe
At first glance, human-centered design (HCD) and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) seem to work well together. However, this task can be much more complex than anticipated. The timing of HCD work can vary depending on the progress of the design process, which may not always match the tight deadlines of the SAFe PI cycle. HCD (Human-centered design) and SAFe (Scaled agile framework) can be used in combination to achieve success through the use of iterative design/development, release on-demand, and double diamond design process.
